Accessibility

Our commitment to making this website usable for everyone, and how to tell us about a problem.

Last updated: September 29, 2026

Avenir Consultancy, Inc. wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we have done

  • A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page for keyboard and screen-reader users.
  • Pages that work with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
  • A clear heading structure on every page, and labelled landmarks such as the main navigation.
  • Labels on every form field, and form results announced to screen readers.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Colour contrast chosen to meet WCAG AA for text.
  • Animations reduced or turned off when your device is set to reduce motion.
  • Times on our booking page shown in your own time zone.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site, such as the services carousel and animated illustrations, are still being reviewed for accessibility. Resumes and other documents you download are provided as their authors created them and may not be fully accessible.

If you find something on this website hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please tell us. Email [email protected] with the page address and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within one business day and to fix issues as quickly as we can.
