About the role
Own month-end closes and reconciliations for growing US businesses, with a reviewer checking every file before it goes out.
What you will do
- Run monthly close for a portfolio of clients
- Reconcile bank, card, loan and balance sheet accounts
- Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash summaries
- Flag issues and questions for clients in one consolidated list
What we are looking for
- At least one year of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Solid understanding of accruals and reconciliations
- Experience with QuickBooks Online or Xero is a plus
